We are starting to see a steady influx of new listings hit the market as our most active buying and selling season commences. Buyers are starting to regain negotiating power with more options to choose from.
For our sellers, it is clear from the data that the demand to own and live in the Roaring Fork Valley from Aspen to Carbondale continues to remain strong. While sales in some sectors may be down it is mostly inventory driven. Sought-after listings that are priced right continue to move within days. That being said buyers are becoming more discerning and overpriced inventory continues to accumulate days on market.
Pricing is becoming critical.
