The desirability, lifestyle, culture, and natural beauty of our valley have not changed. Lastly, limited inventory and limited buildable land will drive our prices and values for years to come. Due to these factors, the long-term property values in our market will only grow.
In the last few years, many homeowners have secured historically low-interest rates. This will keep many potential Sellers on the sidelines, further constraining our local inventory and keeping prices competitive.
